How can I claim reimbursement through the NHS or through my organisation?

Many employers offer CPD reimbursement (NHS Staff have an annual CPD allowance of £330.)

You can:

- Pay yourself and claim reimbursement using our receipt 
- Ask your department or Trust to pay directly — we’ll issue an invoice (Include a Purchase Order (PO) if your organisation requires one)

Need to arrange payment via your organisation? → Request an Invoice

If your line manager wants details before approving, share our For Managers page with them.

Are these courses HCPC approved?

The HCPC doesn’t “approve” individual CPD providers, but our courses are designed to meet HCPC’s CPD Standards, including reflective learning and are aligned with SCoR Professional Outcomes. We also provide downloadable certificates and templates to help you evidence your CPD for audit.

Can students or overseas radiographers join?

Of course. Whether you're a student, newly qualified, or overseas-trained, our courses are built to support your learning and transition into UK practice. It’s also a great way to understand HCPC expectations and UK imaging standards before registering.

Do I get a certificate after every course?

Yes! Every completed course on our subscription plan comes with a downloadable CPD certificate. These include course details, date completed, your name and reflection documents - perfect for your HCPC audit folder or CPD portfolio.
